Hola! I'm a Public Health researcher and educator in the Greater Philadelphia area. After graduating with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and completing 1,000 hours of supervised practice from Rowan University, I'm eligible for the registration exam for Registered Dietitians.
My introduction to dietetics was in 2017, the year I went vegan. This lifestyle change uncovered my passions: food and community. My strengths are integrity, creativity, and empathy. I value social justice, equity, and community. My ideal work environment uplifts these values.
I would not be who I am without my special interests! In fact, I am grounded by them. In my free time, I enjoy making art, reading, exploring nature, and spending time with loved ones.
